Manufacturing Process:

Our production process begins with process design, followed by tooling making to create the necessary molds for our wax injection. After the wax injection, we carefully assemble the wax patterns before preheating the molds. Next, we remove the wax from the molds and proceed with the stuccoing process to prepare for casting. Once the molds are ready, we move on to dipping casting to create the desired workpieces. After the casting is complete, we shake out the molds and proceed with workpiece cut-off. To achieve the desired finish, we carefully grind the workpieces before packing and transporting them to the next stage. Final inspection is conducted to ensure the quality of the workpieces before proceeding with machining and heat treatment, which further enhance the durability and strength of the materials.

Production Range

CNC machining, which includes lathing, milling, turning, drilling, tapping, broaching, and more, plays a crucial role in the field of manufacturing. These machining processes involve the use of computer-controlled equipment to shape and mold various materials into desired forms and dimensions. CNC machining offers unparalleled precision, efficiency, and repeatability, making it a preferred method for creating intricate and complex parts.
Lathing, one of the fundamental processes of CNC machining, involves rotating a workpiece while a cutting tool shapes it into the desired shape and size. This process is commonly used to create cylindrical or conical parts such as shafts, rods, and tubes.
Milling, on the other hand, utilizes rotating cutting tools to remove material from a workpiece, producing flat or curved surfaces. This process is widely employed in the production of components with intricate shapes, such as gears, molds, and prototypes.
Turning refers to the process of rotating a workpiece on a lathe while a cutting tool shapes it into a rotational symmetric form. This technique is often used to create parts like rings, discs, and cylinders.
Drilling, as the name suggests, involves creating holes in a workpiece using a rotating cutting tool. It is a common operation in industries such as construction, aerospace, and automotive, where precise and accurately placed holes are essential.
Tapping is a process used to create internal threads in a workpiece. It involves the use of a tapping tool that aligns and cuts threads into the material. This technique is commonly employed in the production of fasteners like screws and bolts.
Broaching is a process that utilizes a toothed tool called a broach to remove material in a linear motion. It is commonly used to achieve highly precise and complex shapes that cannot be easily achieved through other methods. Broaching is often employed in the production of gears, splines, and internal keyways.
In summary, CNC machining encompasses several essential processes including lathing, milling, turning, drilling, tapping, and broaching. These processes provide the manufacturing industry with the ability to produce intricate, precise, and complex parts efficiently and accurately.

We offer a wide range of casting services, including investment casting, precision casting, and silica sol lost wax casting. Our expertise allows us to create intricate and detailed castings with exceptional precision.
In addition to casting, we also provide forging, stamping, and punching services. Our skilled craftsmen are experienced in shaping and forming metal through these processes. Whether you need a forged component, stamped part, or punched sheet metal, we have the capabilities to meet your specifications.
At our facility, we utilize advanced techniques and equipment to ensure high-quality results. Our investment casting process involves creating a wax pattern, which is then coated with a ceramic shell. After the shell hardens, the wax is melted away, leaving behind a hollow mold. Molten metal is then poured into the mold, resulting in a precise and detailed casting.
Precision casting, also known as lost wax casting, is another method we specialize in. It involves creating a wax pattern and coating it with multiple layers of ceramic material. Once the ceramic shell is formed, it is heated to remove the wax, leaving a mold cavity. The cavity is then filled with molten metal, producing a highly accurate and intricate casting.
In addition to casting, we also excel in forging, which involves applying extreme pressure to shape metal. This process enhances the strength and durability of the metal, resulting in components that can withstand heavy loads and extreme conditions.
Our stamping and punching capabilities allow us to create precise and intricate forms on sheet metal. We use specialized presses and dies to cut, bend, and shape the metal into the desired configuration. This process is ideal for producing high volumes of components with consistent quality and accuracy.
No matter the casting or forming process you require, our team of experts is committed to delivering exceptional results. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, craftsmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Contact us today to discuss your project requirements and how we can assist you.

Finish

Heat treatment, including annealing, tempering, and zinc-plated, is commonly used in the manufacturing industry. These processes aim to enhance the properties of metals and alloys for various applications.
Annealing is a heat treatment process that involves heating a material, such as steel, to a specific temperature and slowly cooling it to relieve internal stress and increase its ductility. It helps improve the material's machinability and reduces the risk of cracking during subsequent processes.
Tempering, on the other hand, is performed after hardening to reduce the brittleness and improve toughness in steel. This process involves heating the hardened material to a specific temperature and then cooling it rapidly. It allows for the formation of small, evenly distributed carbide particles, which result in increased strength and hardness.
Zinc-plating is a popular method used to provide corrosion resistance to various metal surfaces. It involves coating the material with a layer of zinc, which acts as a protective barrier against moisture and atmospheric elements. This process is widely used in industries like automotive, construction, and electronics.
Another crucial post-treatment process is polishing. It involves the use of abrasive materials to remove surface imperfections, such as scratches, from metals. Polishing enhances the metal's appearance by providing a smooth and reflective finish, making it suitable for decorative applications.
Anodizing is a surface treatment process that is commonly used on aluminum and its alloys. It involves creating an oxide layer on the material's surface by subjecting it to an electrolytic process. Anodizing improves the metal's corrosion resistance, increases its durability, and allows for coloring through dye absorption into the porous oxide layer.
Lastly, shot/sandblasting is a technique used to clean or modify the surface of a material through the high-speed projection of abrasive particles. It removes contaminants, rust, and old coatings, creating a textured surface that improves adhesion for subsequent processes like coating or painting.
In conclusion, these various processes, including heat treatment, annealing, tempering, zinc-plating, polishing, anodizing, and shot/sandblasting, play vital roles in modifying the properties and appearance of metal materials for different industrial applications.
